Upon receipt of your
complaint, it will be
processed and assigned to an
Investigator who will review
it to determine if a
violation of the law has
occurred. If there is an
apparent law violation, the
complaint (if complete) will
be served upon the business
with a request for a written
response. Once all the
information is received and
reviewed by the
investigator, the
investigation is concluded
and a resolution or closure
of the complaint is pursued
by the agency. Complaint
investigations are conducted
on a first in, first out
basis, as promptly as
possible. |

|
| |
|
|
By law, all complaints must
be put in writing. The
division also request copies
of all supporting
documentation (e.g. proof of
payment,
agreements/contracts, etc.)
with each complaint
received. |
